Our Culture

Our culture is built on the idea that everything we do, we do together. From running mission-critical infrastructure to shaping the future of financial services, we operate with shared ownership, accountability, and a strong sense of responsibility to one another. Outside of work, that same spirit carries through - whether it’s early morning run club, competitive chess nights, or spontaneous team moments.

We value accessibility, collaboration, and creating an environment where people feel part of something - serious about what we build, but equally invested in enjoying the journey together.
