Roger brings decades of leadership in sales, partnerships, and market expansion across Asia Pacific – expertise we believe will accelerate our growth and deepen our impact in this vibrant region.
Roger has built his career at the intersection of technology, fintech, and client partnerships, helping companies expand across diverse markets in the Asia Pacific region. Most recently, he worked as Director of Partnerships at Almond FinTech, where he focused on building strategic alliances and expanding the company’s footprint across APAC. His career spans senior roles at Telepin Software and WadzPay, where he consistently combined business development expertise with a deep understanding of regional markets, helping companies scale operations, strengthen client relationships, and navigate the complexities of emerging markets.
Today, APAC stands at the forefront of digital asset adoption. Markets such as Singapore and Hong Kong are setting regulatory standards that inspire institutional confidence while Australia and Japan are advancing frameworks that enable broader participation. At the same time, emerging economies across Southeast Asia are turning to digital assets as a means of leapfrogging traditional financial infrastructure. The region is vibrant, diverse, and fast-moving; creating immense opportunities, but also complexities that demand trusted partners with both local insight and global infrastructure.
It is in this context that Roger chose to join Aquanow. Speaking about his decision, he noted:
