1. RISKS RELATING TO CRYPTO ASSETS

Crypto assets carry higher risks than conventional financial instruments, and their prices may be subject to significant fluctuations. Transactions involving these assets may result in either profits or losses for Users. Users must understand the risks associated with these highly volatile assets and transact accordingly.

Accordingly, in addition to the agreements to be entered into between Aquanow and the User, the "General Risk Disclosure Form", prepared pursuant to Article 21 of Communiqué No. III-35/B.1, has been made available on our website.

2. PROCESSING AND PROTECTION OF PERSONAL DATA

Users' personal data are processed within the scope of the "Privacy Notice on the Processing of Personal Data", prepared in accordance with Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 and the relevant legislation, and are used solely for the purposes specified therein. The Privacy Notice is published on our website.

Aquanow implements all necessary technical and administrative measures to ensure data security, prevent unauthorised access, and carry out destruction procedures in compliance with legal requirements.

3. DIGITAL NOTIFICATION CHANNELS

Electronic notices are delivered using the email addresses and telephone numbers provided by Users during registration or the methods specified in the Framework Agreement. Users are responsible for keeping their contact information current so that notices can be delivered properly.

Notices issued in this context include transaction results, account statements, orders placed, security alerts, mandatory regulatory communications, and other similar important information.

4. EMERGENCY PROTOCOLS AND CUSTOMER NOTIFICATION METHODS

Aquanow implements the following measures in response to unexpected circumstances:

• Assessment of risks through probability and impact analyses,
• Establishment and implementation of rapid response plans,
• Implementation of the necessary control processes to keep risk at acceptable levels,
• Development of policies and procedures compliant with national and international regulations,
• Establishment of effective communication and incident-reporting mechanisms,
• Monitoring of media and digital platforms for extraordinary developments,
• Preparation of alternative system transition plans to ensure operational continuity,
• Securing the customer communication infrastructure and ensuring the accuracy of contact information,
• Testing emergency-wallet usage plans to safeguard Crypto Assets.

During emergencies, Users will be informed through the communication channels provided during registration.

5. RESPONSIBILITY FOR INFORMATION AND LIMITATIONS

The content made available on our website consists of information, analyses, market data, and commentary and is not intended to constitute investment advice. Aquanow shall not be liable for any losses arising from transactions undertaken solely on the basis of such information.

6. MEASURES FOR EXTRAORDINARY CIRCUMSTANCES

In response to sudden developments that may occur in the markets, Aquanow may take the following measures to safeguard customers and maintain orderly markets:

• Temporary suspension of transactions on the Platform or suspension of trading in specific Crypto Assets,
• Correction or cancellation of orders entered at erroneous prices or of unusual market movements,
• Informing customers of relevant developments,
• Activation of security measures against technical failures or attacks,
• Maintaining interrupted systems through secondary infrastructure,
• Performing regular backups to prevent data loss.

7. E-INVESTOR APPLICATION

Before any transaction, Aquanow obtains a registration number through the Central Securities Depository of Türkiye (MKK) for each User with whom a Framework Agreement has been entered into and ensures that this number matches the customer record. Customers may access their Crypto Asset information through the E-Investor system.
