Integration timelines depend on the scope of services being implemented. Aquanow’s APIs are readily available, with integration work primarily driven by the client’s technical team and implementation resources. Client onboarding is typically completed within 1–2 weeks, provided required documentation is submitted promptly and no compliance red flags are identified.

Aquanow combines institutional-grade infrastructure with embedded compliance tooling, including KYC/AML controls, travel rule, transaction monitoring, access controls, and operational processes designed for financial institutions. We also help clients structure deployment models appropriately based on their product, jurisdiction, and regulatory requirements. Our security program is built around ISO 27001:2022 and SOC 2 frameworks, with MFA, environment separation, encryption at rest and in transit, regular testing, and incident response processes. We also align with major privacy standards, including GDPR, PIPEDA, and the UAE PDPL.

Through API integration, Aquanow powers the infrastructure behind the scenes, including pricing, execution, market data, settlement, funding and withdrawal flows, reporting, and operational controls.

Licensing requirements depend on your jurisdiction, regulatory status, and how the trading service is structured. With Trading Infrastructure, your platform remains responsible for the customer relationship, onboarding, and any required regulatory permissions. This differs from Embedded Brokerage, where end customers are onboarded to Aquanow directly under a fully disclosed model, subject to jurisdictional availability.
